The Transitions Program aims to identify the strengths and interests of participants as they take part in employment and meaningful community involvement beyond high school. STEP (Students Transitioning into Employment Program) is a year-long program designed for high school students to build self-awareness and skills through structured learning sessions and volunteerism with the ultimate goal of identifying appropriate employment or post-secondary choices upon school leaving.
