About
At the Migrant Action Centre we organize and educate migrants and allies on migrant rights and justice and join the call for full and permanent immigration status for all. We have weekly virtual community and solidarity chats alternating each week between migrant-only and those open to allies – a space we use to organize, and to talk and listen about people's experiences, provide support, and call for change. We work to empower migrants, to let people know they are not alone and that it's okay to ask for rights, equity, and justice. A problem for one migrant, is a problem for all migrants and supporters. We aim to build collective voice, collective power, and solidarity.
