Established in 2004, Aboriginal Employment Services (AES Inc.) is an Indigenous-led, independent consulting firm. AES Inc. has extensive experience working with Indigenous Skills and Employment Training program agreement holders. AES Inc has successfully designed software collect and store service delivery data. The AES Inc. team has collectively evaluated a number of federally-funded, Indigenous-based programs, by designing questionnaires, and developing Indigenous-based methods to conduct community-level research.

With an emphasis on collaboration, at AES Inc. we strive to foster sustainable partnerships with Indigenous communities, organizations, Federal and Provincial/Territorial governments, and the non-profit sector.
